We manufacture residential furniture such as counters, cabinets, shelves, household furniture, etc., integrated directly into homes. By applying the latest digital technology, we are striving to create a system that allows us to produce products according to customer requirements similar to conventional products. With the slogan “Pioneering in the wood processing industry,” we will collaborate with customers, business partners, employees, and local residents, trusting in our woodworking capabilities, to further enhance our business activities.

Establishment of Hoso Vietnam Company Limited in Vietnam in 2009. Vietnam is currently developing at a rapid pace. The GDP growth rate is approximately 6.6% per year, and the proportion of youth in the population is increasing rapidly. Many companies are expanding their business with predictions of further development in the future.

Currently, there are 160 people working in the manufacturing sector at the Vietnam factory, with a very young average age of 30. We have built a working environment that can quickly produce Japanese-quality products with a stable workforce and a smart factory. We have also started selling furniture locally and are achieving good results. In the future, we plan to increase the number of areas further.

For us, the factory is also part of our business operations, so every day before break time, we clean the factory thoroughly.

In addition, by understanding each other’s circumstances and helping each other, we are building a friendly working environment.

By keeping the factory clean, our employees always grasp the core of the 5S process and continuously create a good working environment to produce good products.
