Create Flexible Management System

We have established the following policies for our business activities and will actively implement them in flexible management

• The emplyee rate of female workers by 2030: 40% (36% by 2021)
• The number of foreign employees in Japan by 2030: 60 (39 in 2021)
• The number of employees with disabilities by 2030: 46 (41 in 2021)

HOAO( support for Continous Employment Type A )

It does not matter whether people are disabled or have the same nationality, by creating an environment where everyone feel convenient at work, we want to make people able to use their intelligence and experience more flexible in our company.

In July 2024 HOAO was established as a Support for Continous Employment type A , mainly check and handle packaging wooden products such as kitchen counter, or easy tasks such as attached materials packaging and folding the document as well as computer task like CAD and create document
